If you notify us at least 48 hours before a scheduled service appointment, we will provide a full refund. Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or miss it without notice, no refund is available. Custom installation bundles that have commenced on site are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments, but may be rescheduled upon request.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. After any access or download, all sales are final.

6.3 Goods

Defective or damaged items may be replaced or refunded if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange pick-up of the defective item and provide a refund to the original method of payment or ship a replacement at no extra charge.
